1. Warranty:
1.1 Warranty Period:
All our products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty period varies by product. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service for specific warranty information.
1.2 Warranty Claims:
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at support@4wdindustries.com.au with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
We may require photos or other documentation to assess the claim.
1.3 Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by accidents. Warranty does not cover labour, or any additional costs that you may experience during a failure (recovery costs, freight, accommodation costs, loss of income, towing fees, loss of deposits/funds on pre-booked leisure or recreational events/programs, etc).
2. Change of Mind:
Any Change of Mind return has 30 days from date of delivery to return the product.
2.1 Return Eligibility:
No change of mind returns are offered for fitted parts or products.
Change of mind returns may only be considered if the part has not been fitted and remains in its original packaging.
2.2 Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 15 - 20% (Product Dependant) may be applied to all eligible change of mind returns. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.
2.3 Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in their original (sellable) condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
2.4 Return Process:
To initiate a return for a change of mind, please contact our customer service at support@4wdindustries.com.au to receive instructions.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process a refund, deducting the applicable restocking fee.
3. Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
3.2 Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items, such as gift cards, are non-refundable.

5. Shipping for Returns:
For returns, please ship the items to 391 New England Highway, Rutherford, NSW, 2320. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect covered by warranty. Please also place the linked form filled out in the return package. Failure to do so may result in a delay in your refund.
