Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving payment.

We currently ship to addresses within Australia.

5. Estimated Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and your location.
Standard shipping usually takes 3 business days to Metro on the East Coast, 5 For Rural East Coast and 7+ for South and West Coast Customers.

10. Authority to Leave
While we have the option to provide Authority to Leave, Delivery Drivers from selected couriers may choose to override this. If your package has no Authority to Leave and is left, we take no responsibility in this and this issue must be taken up with the relevant Courier.
11. Damage to Freight
4WD Industries will make every effort to provide adequate packaging to prevent damage to products during shipping. Responsiblity for any damage to freight ends when the order leaves our premises. We will consider replacement of damaged product however judgement will be at our discretion. If damage has occurred during shipping best practice is to refuse delivery of the item and notify us. If this is not possible, please lodge an enquiry with the courier and make us aware of the situation so we may assist where possible.
