Yellow light provides better visibility in fog| rain and snowfall. The reason for this is the approximately 15% reduction in blinding by reducing the short-wave blue and violet light components| because these are broken more strongly than the longer-wave yellow light components.

The yellow lens is made of acrylic glass| covers 4 LEDs and is fastened with four brackets. A seal prevents dirt and water from getting between the lens and the headlight glass. The lens can also be mounted on headlamps with more than 4 LEDs and then| depending on the mounted model| gives it a hybrid radiation profile.
